Due to the nature of our products being 100% handmade, we DO NOT accept returns or refunds. Unless an error occurred on the behalf of Yahdasa Strength. If there is any type of issue with your order please email us proof of discrepancies. If your order is returned to us by USPS we will offer refund minus the shipping cost or offer a reshipment of your order plus the additional shipping fee.
No returns will be provided or discounts will be provided for missed sales.
O R D E R I S S U E S
Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery. However, a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required. Sending photos of a damaged item/package helps us also improve any shipping issues and is greatly appreciated.
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc. ) Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can make it right. We truly want to satisfy our customers and will always try our best to resolve any situations that occur.
Note: Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color for example).
