After an order is placed, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to ship.
We handcraft each item we send out. This includes creating, bottling, labelling and shipping. Handcrafted items do take a little longer to produce than mass-produced items. Many of our items are made to order so they are at the peak of freshness when you receive them.
Please let us know if you need an item by a certain date and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs where possible.
Please allow 10 business days if you ordered during a sale or up to 2 weeks if you ordered during the Holiday Season for processing.
Once processed (1-5 business days), your order is shipped (3-5 business days to get to you).
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged in order for us to reship your order.
US S H I P P I N G
Items ordered and paid for will be shipped within 3 business days. Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS, Monday through Friday. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. If product is out of stock please allow 7-14 business days for products to be processed and shipped out. When shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information (if selected) once your order has been shipped. Once you receive your tracking number, please wait 24-48 hours for your tracking status to update. If you have received a tracking number but there is no movement, you may contact us after 48 hours of receiving your tracking number at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can further investigate.
All claims involving lost, damaged, or stolen packages must be resolved with USPS directly.
PRE-SHIPMENT OCCURS WHEN WE HAVE PRINTED YOUR LABEL. WE OFTEN PRINT LABELS EARLY IN THE PROCESSING RANGE, FULFILL ORDERS ACCORDINGLY AND DO A MASS PACKAGE DROP OFF LATER IN THE WEEK. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT YOUR PACKAGE CAN REMAIN IN PRE-SHIPMENT FOR UP TO A WEEK.
I N T E R N A T I O N A L S H I P P I N G
Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive after shipping if using Standard Mail. Usually, it will arrive sooner, approximately 2 weeks, but customs departments do have the right to hold and release items at their discretion. The time frame that this takes is out of our control. If Customs charges apply please note that you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for the fees. All international customs, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer. The cost will vary by value and country, so please be aware of what to expect before purchasing. Refunds are not given if a package is refused due to customs fees or any other reason.
Shipping Options & Duration
-Standard Untracked Shipping (up to 4 weeks after dispatch): There's no tracking number available for this option. We the seller, are unable to provide any details on the whereabouts of any orders sent via this shipping option once it's dispatched.
-Standard Tracked Shipping (up to 4 weeks after dispatch): Tracking Number will be provided to the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact the courier directly for additional information on the package.
-DHL EXPRESS Shipping (3-5 Business Days after Dispatch): We provide Express shipping at a flat rate. This option is fully tracked and provides both text and email updates if selected.
